about michael
Michael is a seasoned litigator who has litigated and tried cases throughout California, as well as handled appeals in the California Court of Appeal, Ninth Circuit and California Supreme Court. Nonetheless, the goal at MDD Legal is practicality and efficiency, short of expensive, drawn out litigation whenever appropriate. After 15 years of experience, not only in California but throughout state and federal courts in other United States jurisdictions, Michael has developed a keen sense of when resolution is possible and more favorable than protracted litigation. This is a solution-based practice for clients who desire to return their undivided attention to their lives as soon as possible, and that is what Michael seeks to achieve with MDD Legal.
Michael’s practice operates primarily in San Diego and Los Angeles Counties. However, given his wealth of experience practicing in state and federal courts throughout the United States, he is able to assist with matters implicating other jurisdictions and venues and has a large network of local counsel in states throughout the country.
